This Nollywood veteran was born on the 29th of April 1966, and she is from Nsit Ubium Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. Liz Benson has been an actress, TV personality, evangelist and philanthropist in different phases of her life.
Liz started acting when she was just 5 years old and she graduated with a degree in Dramatic Arts from Sylvania State College, United States of America. Her fame began when she starred in a popular TV series, “Fortunes,” in 1993, playing Mrs Agnes Johnson, and it ran for about 24 consecutive months on the Nigerian Television Authority network.

Her first movie was titled “Circle of Doom,” but she only played a minor role. In 1994, Liz featured in a very successful film that focused on the menace that is prostitution in Nigeria titled “Glamour Girls,” and she became a household name almost immediately.
