A video has emerged showing the moment NollywoodCelebs Uju Okoli and her colleague, Jerry Williams paid homage to Mercy Johnson Okojie while on set.
It was Jerry who met her first and appeared to take a slight bow (at least twice) while engaging his senior colleague in a conversation. Unfortunately, the background music was used to stop people from listening to what they were saying. Despite that, the view was clear enough as we saw the respectful actor get pat on the back.
Not long after, Uju Okoli showed up and was also respectful while greeting Mercy Johnson. She knelt down and even embraced the A-list actress. What made it even more of a lovely sight was Mercy Johnson helping to clean her colleague’s knees when sho stood up.
Mercy Johnson is one of the biggest names in the Nigerian movie industry. The popular Nollywood actress has contributed to the growth of film in this part of the world and even helped to shape it. Hence, so many NollywoodCelebs look up to her and even pay homage when they see her on set or in private life.
