In fact, one of the Nollywood star’s biggest fans known as “wunmit1”, wrote a comment which caught our attention at NollywoodCelebs as she made a captivating connection between the “Treasure in the Sky” thespian and the iconic song “Brown Skin Girl” by Beyonce and Wizkid. Even though the song wasn’t actually referring to the movie star, it’s clear that the fan thinks sonia fits in perfectly based on the lyrics.
The song “Brown Skin Girl” clearly celebrates the beauty and resilience of women with melanated skin.
Sonia had shared a photo on her Instagram page which showed off her absolutely stunning skin tone and beauty. She then captioned the post “A perfect blend of cocoa and comfort” which could easily be interpreted as a description of her skin tone and how comfortable the actress is in her natural skin colour especially in a world where many ladies use all manners of chemicals to change their looks.
Several Nollywood celebrities reacted in the comment section including her sibling, Chinenye Nnebe who referred to her as “My beautiful sister”. Even her mum, Uche Nancy commented “Asamu” while sending her love.
