Browny Igboegwu has taken to his Instagram page to remind his followers on the need importance of taking care of their parents especially when they are old, sick and helpless. The popular Nollywood actor pointed out that there is a blessing that comes when this is done and he is enjoying the benefits in all areas of his life.
Truthfully, there are those who do not remember their parents who sacrificed so much to give them proper education, health and so much more. Most times, parents go hungry to ensure that their children are comfortable and have a better future than they did.
Sadly, people forget their first heroes who so happen to be their parents. Hence, Igboegwu wrote:
“There is a blessing that come with taking care of your parents especially when the are old, sick and helpless. Mine is manifesting left and right. Guys take care of them and remember one day you will grow old.”
Unfortunately, people prioritize other things in life such as an unnecessary and expensive lifestyle which is usually fake. They buy cars that are beyond their income and maintenence, spend lavishly on clothes, jewellery and exotic holidays across the world while their old parents languish in poverty in the village.
