Stella Damasus has some words of encouragement for women who are not so confident in themselves because of bloating in their stomach area.
According to the popular Nollywood actress, there are several reasons for this but it doesn’t make any woman less beautiful.
She wrote;
“To all the beautiful and strong women out there who experience occasional bloating in your stomach area don’t fret. It could be caused by hormonal imbalance, medication, slower metabolism as you get older or anything else.
“It can be handled by the right diet and exercise. But please, don’t look at yourself and think that you are not beautiful anymore, or you don’t look like you did in your 20s. Body types, genes, metabolic systems and circumstances are different.
“Stop comparing yourself to someone else. You are beautiful, sexy, youthful and bold. Love yourself and step out in confidence. A bloated stomach doesn’t change any of that. Oya, let’s dance and be happy jare.
