Mercy Kenneth has taken to her Instagram page to advise her fans to embrace the various challenges and tests which they face in life.
According to the popular teen Nollywood actress, these only help to build and strengthen character. Truthfully, life’s challenges are an inevitable part of the human experience and they come in many different forms and can be physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual in nature.
While many do not feel comfortable facing tests that life throws at them, they fail to understand that these challenges only help people to grow and develop as individuals. These difficult situations help push people beyond their limits as they learn new skills or coping mechanisms.
Of course, this leads to increased resilience and self-confidence. Hence, Mercy Kenneth wrote via her Instagram page:
“You’ll be challenged. You’ll be tested. At times it may feel like you’re being pushed to the edge. This is what life’s about. It’s meant to build character, strengthen your belief and build confidence. Embrace your tests.”
