Ebube Obi has taken to her Instagram page to warn parents to be cautious about the type of people they keep around their children, especially daughters, as it could have severe consequences. The popular diminutive Nollywood actress made this known in an Instagram post while promoting her 2024 Nigerian movie, ‘Silent Scream’.
According to Ebube, she co-wrote the story of Silent Scream alongside Walter Anga and Georgina Ibeh.
There’s no doubt that the Nollywood actress has made valid points, as some people have had horrible experiences with relatives, friends, and even house helps entrusted with the responsibility of looking after their children.
However, it appears that males often betray this trust and engage in forceful, ungodly acts with the children. The Nollywood movie highlights most of these ills, as seen in the character played by Walter Anga. He aggressively pursues the character played by Ebube Obi.
In one scene, Anga’s character enters the room but ignores Ebube’s pleas. He excitedly moves closer to the little girl, intending to do something unthinkable.
Of course, since it was forceful, the little innocent child begged that she couldn’t go through with it that night, but her helpless pleas fell on deaf ears.
Sharing a clip of Silent Scream, Ebube Obi wrote:
“You all need to watch this movie and be aware of the kind of people you keep around your children, especially daughters. ???? SILENT SCREAM is showing on Celebrity Movie TV.
Guys, you won’t believe I wrote the story! ???????? With @walteranga and @georginaibeh.”
